I had purchased some higher priced cookware last year and continued to use the very convienent non stick spray on my pans. Over a short period of time I began to notice that my pans were sticking and they shouldnt have been.
At first I thought it was the pans, I couldnt figure out what was happening. I mostly used the spray on my frying pans. So I went out and bought 2 more frying pans, along with them came a note to not use the non stick spray , that is left a deposit over time and the non stick surface would no longer work right. Wish I had known that before.
So I unknowningly tested this theory, yet again. I thought I told everyone in the house not to use the spray in the frying pans any more. Somehow my daughter must have forgotten and began using it in the large frying pan. She never used the small frying pan.
So here I am just a couple of months later and the small pan never had non stick spray in it, is just fine and the large pan , well now everything sticks to it.
I am disappointed that I my new 50.00 circulon pan is now ruined. I will not buy anymore non stick spray for anything and will be replacing my pans for the last time.
I just wanted to share this info incase you find yourself with the same problem

if you want to use a spray oil you can pick up a bottle that you pressurize yourself from Pampered chef. It uses only oil, so gives you the coating without the additives…
