I love to sew, it all started at age 10 when my mother first taught me to sew. It was a simply yellow shift and I was thrilled! I wanted more!

It has been a fantastic 30 plus years and I am still sewing.

I love to create and I want to share that with you! I want you to have fun, take new leaps, try new things and share them with your children. My Sew Simple Series line of patterns are fun, creative and geared toward a variety of skill levels.

There is Kids Korner where you can find projects that are great for kids and or beginners who want to learn new skills and have some fun along the way. Then there are some more advanced patterns that explore some art quilting techniques in a simple fun way that anyone with basic sewing skills can learn. We also have some free Sewing for Beginner tutorials to get you going.

I also offer online classes for my Funky Animal Handbag Patterns that are unique, whimsical and oh so fun to carry around and make. Why be ordinary! Check the Studio-259 online classes to see what classes are currently scheduled.

My classes will walk you through it all step by step and be there for help if you need it.

Where am I?

I am located in beautiful south central Pennsylvania, where you can find me most days in the studio working on a new project or idea. And knowing I can share my love of what I do with you and teach you how to make fun things, take the scariness out of learning to sew, is what keeps me going every day. I love what I do!
