My trip to the show yesterday was great! I did my fair share of shopping and I thought I would share pics of my booty with you!

I just love batiks and around my neck of the woods there is a limited amount of choices in the batiks that the local stores carry. And there arent too many local stores. The nearest place to shop,besides Joanns, is 40 miles away. So I had some fun yesterday beefing up my stash!

Lots of lucious colors and textures and I found my fair share of dotted batiks, I just love dots, they work so well with the bags I design, and I can never find enough of them.

You can see I hit every color of the rainbow here. I tried to get all the color families that I could!

I even got a great selection of browns!

But one of my favorite groups is the blue group here, I was lucky enough to find some great blue and white batiks. I have a design in mind and was on the lookout for some blue and whites and boy was I happy when I found so many, the dark blues and whites and the light blues and whites. I got most of these at the Sew Batik b ooth.

I can hardly wait to start the next bag! I am so excited to have so many great fabrics to work with!
