I spent the afternoon at the quilt show today in Harrisburg, PA. It was a fantastic show.

They exhibit the World Quilt Competition here every year and it is wonderful to be able to see fiber art from artist from all over the world.

The quilt in the photo above is part of the World Quilt show and submitted by an artist from South Africa. This artist is amazing. There is alot of hand done thread work in the center and this quilt is layered with texture and color and is absolutely amazing. This would have to be my favorite quilt in the show.

The quilt above was a fantastic scene from Australia. A beautifully done quilt.
